KARACHI: Federal Minister for Planning Asad Umar has said that he had promised 900 MW for Karachi but would give 1000 MW.

Addressing a function in Karachi, Federal Minister for Planning Asad Umar said that Rs 630 billion was to be provided by the federation in the Karachi package. He had promised 900 MW for Karachi but 1000 MW of electricity would be provided.  Is working fast, green line project is also progressing fast, every effort will be made to start green line bus service in august  Alternative railway track will be laid from Karachi Port to Papri

Asad Umar said that Faisalabad Economic Zone has been inaugurated, C-Pack is expanding, important phase is starting, China has started investing in the first industrial zone of C-Pack, the present government has done a lot of work on the western route of the project.  This project will increase employment opportunities in the country, the country’s cement production has increased to a record, inflation is a big challenge for the government, the price of commodities in the world market has risen sharply, Ishaq Dar quoted the dollar.  What did everyone see?
