Bamako: Gunmen opened fire on a UN peacekeeping mission in the African state of Mali, killing four soldiers.

Dozens of unidentified gunmen stormed a UN peacekeeping mission in the northern African city of Aguilar, according to the International News Agency. The peacekeepers also put up strong resistance, with clashes between the two continuing for several hours. Free
